NAPAC delivers an essential service, the only national charity providing free support for all adult survivors of any form of childhood abuse. Our Call and Email Handlers offer emotional support and a safe environment for callers facing a wide range of complex issues. Our support service often hears from adult survivors disclosing childhood abuse for the very first time, so sensitivity, safety and confidentiality are highly important.
NAPAC is a trauma-informed organisation, and this is an in-person role, reflecting both the sensitivity of the work and the importance we place on wellbeing for both those using and providing our services. Full training and support will be provided.
We want our team to reflect the diversity of the people we support, and actively encourage applicants with different lived experience.
