Childline is a confidential support service run by the NSPCC for children and young people under 19, including those affected by childhood abuse. Whether you’re currently experiencing abuse or trying to cope with abuse that happened in the past, Childline offers a safe space to talk. Support is available 24/7 through phone, live chat, and email. The service is trauma-informed and youth-centred, offering counselling, practical advice, peer forums, and resources. While it primarily supports those under 19, it is especially valuable for younger adults (18–25) processing past abuse and looking for emotional support.
