HAVOCA is a volunteer-run UK charity offering online peer support, information, email assistance, and moderated forums for adult survivors of childhood abuse. Staffed primarily by survivors, it offers access to self-help materials, survivor letters, a ‘Quiet Corner’, and a network of survivors across the UK. Although HAVOCA does not provide one-to-one counselling, support groups, or legal advice, it maintains a comprehensive database of resources, including therapist directories, local groups, and legal contacts (via partner ACAL). The service is confidential, free, and survivor-led, acting as a lifeline for community connection and peer-led healing.
