Participants meet weekly in locations including Spennymoor, Darlington, Blyth, Chester-le-Street, Washington and Bishop Auckland. The groups foster mutual support from people with lived experience, offering a friendly, non‑judgmental space to discuss mental and physical wellbeing. ManHealth also provides training, workplace workshops, walking and social activities, and a web-chat support option. Sessions focus on connection, self‑care, community engagement, and positive change.
