Operating nationally, its helpline (0808 800 1170 or 01823 334244 where inclusive minutes apply) runs weekdays 10 am to 4 pm and provides emotional listening, practical advice, safety planning guidance, signposting to local support services, and legal information including injunctions and housing options. While domestic abuse refuges for men are limited, the service helps callers access available emergency or supported accommodation. All male survivors and their supporters are welcome. The initiative also provides awareness training and campaigns for gender equality in support services.
