Rochdale Women’s Welfare Association is a women-led charity supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BME) women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage and related harm. Based in Rochdale, they provide culturally specific emotional support, practical advice, advocacy and group sessions in a safe and understanding environment. Their trauma-informed services empower women to build confidence, make informed decisions and regain control over their lives.

Support is free, confidential and available to those who may face additional barriers due to language, immigration status or social isolation.
