Safety Net (UK), based in Carlisle, is a charity offering trauma-informed counselling, therapy, advocacy, and support to anyone affected by rape, sexual exploitation, domestic abuse and childhood sexual abuse across Cumbria. They work with individuals from age 3 upwards, including adults, children, young people, families, carers and supporters. Services include one-to-one therapy (face-to-face, telephone, video), support groups, peer support, advocacy, training and outreach in schools and communities.

Safety Net is a member of The Survivors Trust and partners with other local agencies to deliver holistic, inclusive and free support.
