Share Psychotherapy is a Sheffield-based charity offering accessible long-term therapy (typically 12‑24 months) for adults unable to afford private psychotherapy. Services include person-centred, integrative, art and movement therapies. Many clients experience complex trauma, abuse histories or mental health struggles. Referrals can be self-initiated or from professionals. Waiting lists apply and priority is based on clinical need and income criteria. Share aims for equity of access through sliding-scale fees (£10–£50/session). The service supports emotional recovery, self-awareness and resilience, delivered by trained therapists and clinical supervisors.
