The Elm Foundation provides specialist domestic abuse services for adults and children across Derbyshire. Their support includes a 24-hour helpline, refuge accommodation, therapeutic counselling, outreach support, and individual advocacy. Services are available to women, men, LGBTQIA+ people, children and young people. Support is inclusive, trauma-informed and tailored to each person’s needs. Clients can self-refer or be referred by professionals. The Elm Foundation also offers awareness training and prevention education. Their services are free and confidential, helping survivors find safety and recover from abuse in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
