The Trauma Centre delivers free, trauma‑informed counselling and psychotherapy to adults (aged 18+) affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, psychological trauma, sex trafficking or exploitation. Services include individual and couples therapy (including EMDR), advocacy support, pre‑trial therapy, and a support group for male survivors. Based in Hull, their service is NHS‑independent, inclusive of all genders and backgrounds, and accessible regardless of reporting status. Clients may self‑refer or be referred by professionals. Appointment availability may be limited due to high demand.
