Umbrella Counselling East Midlands offers accessible, trauma-informed counselling to people aged 13 and over affected by rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. Based in Grantham, they serve Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and North Lincolnshire. Services include one-to-one therapy (face-to-face or online), free initial assessments, sliding-scale fees, and training for counsellors and volunteers.
