At NAPAC, our mission is to help survivors feel empowered to take the next step in their recovery from childhood abuse. The very best way for us to do this is via telephone on our emotional support line. We can talk about memories, triggers, coping behaviours, progress with recovery – any abuse-related issues that are coming up.

Every conversation moves at the caller’s own pace, and we won’t ask them to disclose or discuss anything they’re not comfortable with. We can also signpost to other organisations providing ongoing specialist support, such as psychotherapy and counselling. For more information about what you can expect when calling the support line, as well as our confidentiality policy, visit https://napac.org.uk/calling-our-support-line/
