Our Survivor Toolkit

At times it can be difficult to know where to go when you need support, which is why we’ve built this page.

Think of it as your one-stop shop for survivor self-care. Our hope is it that it provides you with useful coping tools and information for anytime that you are unable to contact us.

When it feels like you aren’t in control, taking a small step from the suggestions on this site can help move you in the right direction.

This is how empowerment works, by making small choices on your own terms, in your own time.

Supporting recovery, transforming lives

There are millions of adult survivors living in the UK, but at the moment we are only able to support around 10,000 a year.

If you are able, please consider making a donation below, if not – a social share or follow gets us much closer to reaching other survivors!
